When the temperature in the kiln rises to 180~230â„ƒ, the mixture of carbon dioxide and nitrogen in the kiln forms a flame retardant oxygen barrier between the wood and the combustion chamber; 6, wood insulation 3.5 ~ 4.5h; 7. Open the inlet and exhaust holes, and the moisture content of the wood is 4 ~ 8%; When the temperature in the kiln drops to 40 ~ 60 Â° C, the wood is taken out as carbonized wood products. The invention uses biomass as fuel, does not add chemical agents, and produces carbonized wood without pollution and is conducive to environmental protection.
