USI Insurance Services(USI)has acquired Chicago-based insurance member benefits broker,marketer and administrator for the American Academy of Pediatrics(AAP),Pediatrics Insurance Consultants(PIC).
Following completion of the transaction,PIC will become a part of USI Insurance Services affinity business unit USI Affinity.
Further terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
PIC owner and principal Holly Myers,JD said,"Our experienced team will now become USI Affinity employees and continue to service the AAP and its members.I know that I am leaving PIC and the AAP in good hands."
Pediatrics Insurance Consultants offers insurance products which inclide group term life insurance,disability,dental,group accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
